Instagram private replies
A keyword on your Reel becomes a private reply.
Mudy Replies watches comments on the Instagram professional account you connect. When someone writes a word you chose, they get one DM — through the official API, not a browser bot.
Business or Creator accounts only. Instagram Login — we never ask for a password.
Sequence
Four steps. The person always writes first.
We do not open conversations. Instagram delivers the comment; we match the keyword; then we send one private reply inside the 24-hour window.

Connect the professional account you post from
Instagram Login on a Business or Creator account. Personal profiles cannot grant messaging permissions.

Set the keyword and the DM
Example: LINK. Write the private message. Optionally add up to two tappable links and a short public reply.

Someone comments that word on your own media
Reel, feed post, inbound DM, or story reply. Your own comments are ignored and never trigger a send.

One private reply, then a log row
Status is sent, skipped, or failed, with the reason. Nothing is sent to people who never engaged.
