User Data Deletion

Instagram requires a public callback explaining how users delete data this app stores. Mudy Replies stores only what is needed to connect your professional account and send keyword private replies.

In the product

Open Settings and disconnect Instagram. That revokes our token use. Delete your Mudy account in the same settings area to remove campaign keywords, message copy, and delivery logs tied to you.

By email

Write to [email protected] from the email on your Mudy account with subject “Delete my data”. Include your Instagram username if you connected one. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

What is deleted

Instagram tokens, connected account ids, campaign settings, keyword rules, composed DM copy, and delivery logs. We cannot delete comments or DMs that already exist inside Instagram — those remain on Instagram under Meta’s control.
