Terms of Use
These terms cover the Mudy Replies product operated by Webrex Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand. By connecting Instagram you agree to them.
The service
Mudy Replies sends one private Instagram reply when a person comments a keyword you configured on your own professional account’s media, or writes you first. It uses Meta’s official Instagram API. It is not a clipping marketplace and it does not send cold DMs.
Your account
You must be 18+. You may only connect an Instagram Business or Creator account you are authorised to operate. You are responsible for the keywords and message copy you set, and for complying with Instagram Platform Policy and applicable law.
Limits
Instagram enforces a 24-hour messaging window and hourly private-reply caps. We queue overflow; we do not bypass those limits. Instagram may let only one connected tool own the inbox — connecting us may displace another automation app.
Prohibited use
You will not use the product to spam, scrape Instagram, collect passwords, message people who never engaged, or violate Meta’s terms. We may suspend access if you do.
